Update: Bent has been outstanding this preseason and made in 10 goals in 5 preseason games for Tottenham this preseason.
Analysis: It's hard to put stock into his preseason form, but, if Bent can be a reliable strike force for Spurs it will be enormous for their fortunes in 2008/2009.
