Wait, doesn't today mean your winning streak is over?

Negative, we established at the start of pre-season that because these games don't count for them, they don't count for me. Once we get to Twente then it's one and done.

This will be a more open offensive match.
My Prediction: 2-1 to The Arsenal with a late match
winner.

I'd like to see Arsenal win but since Cesc and Toure are being held out till Amsterdam, I think Madrid will go on and win the Emirates Cup.
It would be nice to see RvP and Ade get on the score sheet.
The midfield battle will be interesting, I wonder what Arsene will do if Madrid boss it, which I'd be surprised if they didn't.

I think the match will be far more open, letting arsenal really get in and score some goals. 3-2 to the Arsenal!

I'll bet van Horseface gets a goal in this one... but I think his dutch counterpart (van Persie) can get one too.

Agreed.
I wonder how many guys who played today will play again tomorrow?
I'd figure anyone who played sixty minutes or more is out. So Bendtner, Djourou, Eboue, Denilson, Gibbs and Wilshere will have the day off.
Guys who played 45 today might get some time tomorrow? (dunno about that really)Ade, Vela, Senderos, Gallas, Diaby, Ramsey
Guys who played for 30 should be ready to play again tomorrow, right?
Walcott, Sagna, Nasri

That was what I was figuring, you just beat me to it.
More attacking game, but our lads are still just getting acclimated. Not that it matters at all, but I think we'll scrape by 2-2...

I think we have to win at least 3-0 to have any shot of winning the tournament.

agreed. i think will put out a stronger side for this game. i'd expect to see clichly, sagna, theo, rvp, adebayor, nasri, all get 60+ minutes. hopefully cesc gets a run out too.

I'd like to see RVP+Bendtner start, and then switch Bendtner for Ade around the 60 minute mark. Bednter+Ade still doesn't seem to work.
Given that Rosicky won't be back until September, I'd like to see us start Vela+Nasri on the wings, or whoever we have in mind as our starting duo when the season begins. It would be good to know what we can expect, and how much tracking back they will do.

I know it's not the game on the thread, but Juve are huuuge pricks during their HSV game. There have been 3-5 tackles that were way out of control for a freaking pre-season game.
