Signed as part of the deal that took Kaspars Gorkss to QPR. He has signed a two year contract with an option for a further year.

Born on 22 October 1982 in Coventry. Current age 25. He is 5ft 11in and plays as a striker.

Nardiello attended Wolverhampton Wanderers Youth Academy, but it was with Manchester United that he signed his first professional contract on 22 October 1999. He made his professional debut for them in a 4-0 League Cup defeat at Arsenal. He was a regular scorer in the United Reserve team, and spent a short spell on loan at Swansea City, before spending the second half of the 2003-04 season on loan at Barnsley where he made 16 appearances scoring seven goals, and became a firm fan favourite. He returned to Barnsley on a season long loan in the 2004-05 season, when despite injuries he played 28 league games scoring seven goals.

In June 2005 he signed a permanent contract with Barnsley, helping the club to win promotion from League One to The Championship in the 2005-06 season. A year later though he turned down a new contract offer and instead signed a two year deal with QPR. However, in January 2008, after struggling in London, he was back playing for Barnsley yet again, this time on loan until the end of the 2007-08 season. He made just seven appearances scoring one goal.

Because of his mixed heritage, Nardiello could have played international football for Wales, England, Italy, Puerto Rico or the United States. He chose Wales as his national football team, following in the footsteps of his father, Donato, who also played for the principality. He made his first appearance for Wales in a friendly against New Zeland in May 2007.
