I bowed out last season due to the lack of activity, and I've not been around the France boards lately, but I'll play this season if all the teams get taken. As Montpellier seem doomed to stay forever in L2 I'll take Nantes.

Take a look at the thread from last season.

You predict results for each fixture, and you're awarded goals for picking them right. Your opponent is the same as who your team is playing in real life. Here, I'll do an example. I'm Nantes, so I'm playing Auxerre (not picked yet).

The first thing to do is to take the list of the weekend fixtures and make predictions on them: here's an example using next weekend's first round of games.

Bordeaux 3-0 Caen
Le Havre 0-1 Nice
Le Mans 0-0 Lorient
Monaco 2-1 PSG
Nancy 1-1 Lille
Rennes 1-2 Marseille
Sochaux 1-0 Grenoble
Valenciennes 1-0 Saint Etienne
Lyon 3-1 Toulouse

Your opponent will also pick results. You get one point for picking the right result and an extra point for getting the score exactly right. Whoever gets more points wins and gets three points in the standings.
