Unless there is some objection, I intend to bring back both of the Eliminator Cups. More details to follow, but my current thoughts are that Blech's Eliminator Cup (the "BE-Cup") will kick off in gameweek 7 and the Double Eliminator Cup (the "DE-Cup") will kick off in gameweek 14.
An explanation of the BE-Cup is here:

By starting in gw7, we will be able to avoid the multiple eliminations that we had to have at the start last year because we started late (so there will only be one elimination each week), and we will wrap up in gw37 assuming that everyone registers (which I prefer to wrapping up in the last gw). It will be a true test to see if Kopite can defend the title, with equal interest in seeing if djangone can avoid being the first elimination.
An explanation of the DE-Cup is here, along with some history as to how it came to be:

Unlike last year, the current inclination for both Cups is to strictly limit participation to the owners who register - as required - in the official Olympics league. So, hopefully all 32 teams will be in, but whether that occurs is up to the owners.....
More to follow, but both of the Cups will wait several weeks before they get going, which will allow for some early tinkering to avoid elimination....
