I just wanted to say thank you to all of AO members. I was going to the game in Nuremberg, when I happen to start walking behind some members heading for the game and, had the time of my life chanting and singing all the way. I joined AO several months ago because of that great experience in Germany. Can not wait for South Africa.

Dallas sports radio station 1310 KTCK "The Ticket" midday host Bob Sturm ... a big Liverpool fan and sometime-color analyst for FC Dallas broadcasts ... mentioned the DFW AO upcoming WP in his blog today!

Look below the entry about Liverpool getting Keane. Wish he'd've put in more of the detail I gave him, but it's a start!
For you Washington, DC residents:
What is your recommendation for hotel general locations ... Rosslyn area or Dunn-Loring? I've heard good things about both, and Dunn-Loring appears to cost ~$20 per night less ($10 or $7 depending on how many share the room).
Proximity to probable night-before locations, traffic, public transit, etc. considerations?????

You can literally see DC from Rosslyn (right across the Potomac, one stop away). Dunn-Loring, not so much (you're out in suburb hell, but maybe that works for you).
The DC AO peeps are already working on stuff for Cuba game at RFK (including hotel). Sit tight, info coming soon.

He must have deleted the the above questions. I couldn't find them on his site (unless they're buried somewhere where I don't have the inclination to search).
