When I first started playing soccer, my teammates said that I lean too much to the front when running and lacked the balance and strength to fight off defenders. Years have passed, I no longer get knocked off easily or shoved away. I thought my balance was at the best it could be, until I came across this...
Nintendo Wii FIT!
OMG I just did a basic test and my balance is quite bad! Not as good as I thought I am!
Does anyone of you have Wii Fit or have tried Wii Fit?? I am planning to do exercises with Wii Fit everyday to improve my balance. I am a really speedy player, so I bet improving my balance would improve my game.
What do you guys and gals think?
