This only makes sense, JPA plays in the stadium that the game will be held, lol. It's like going to Necaxa's stadium and leaving Roda out, pinto said this today:

.... is Dayro the #10 we have been searching for.... seems like he will play alot like Tessor moreno but this guy at least feels love for the NT and not just cash

Do you guys think this game will/should be trying a few more guys or building up more chemistry.....

I think its too late to add more guys but would still love to see Charria,Gio Moreno,Luis Mosquera for AMC

but I think every other spot of the NT should be locked, but AMC,LB, and maybe RCM tho i wish we changed formation but some guys shouldnt be called because they need to win spots on their teams

--------Julio--------------(tho I wish they'd give him a rest and give Zapata a chance)
Bustos-Josmier-Carlos Valdez-Velez/Amero
--Sanchez--Amaya---Castrillon/Motta
--------Dayro/Luis Mosquera------------
---Rodallega/Dayro------Falcao

CBs - Think we need to give Zapata time to heal, Mosquera to keep winning his spot at Sevilla, and Nelson might be loaned so let him at least stay at Inter b4 calling him. I think we should give more time to these 2 Josmier Mosquera and Carlos Valdez as they did well against Venezulea in our last friendly.

Bustos for Zuniga - we need Zuniga to have a little time b4 giving him his 1st call up since going to italy... he needs to be a starter by the Chile game

Guarin - cant pass and needs to win his spot at porto

Renteria - same we dont know where he is going to be but right now he is not wanted at porto

Id Start Rodallega at CF if we can put Dayro at AMC but if not then start Dayro up front with Falcao

What do you mean????

He had a one year contract at Inter do Porto Alegre - which has not been renewed. Allegedly, he is looking at offers from a few clubs in Brasil and will stay there.

Molina scored a goal in santos's last match and you wouldn't belive it........ I found ALDO LEAO!!!!!! jajajajajajajajaj :D after so much efforts to locate Nacional's former star who made a mistake and moved to Morelia and we didn't hear from him again. one of our talented 10's, unfortunatlly he doesn't deserve a call but maybe since it's only a friendly it's an opportunity to test him and I also agree with efernandez, we need to test Angel and Toja who play well in the MLS. since we miss a target man, I say let's give JPA a chance. hopefully to see Wason back to the NT again...we will have problem on the left side, since Velez doesn't play good now, I would go for Marin who plays well in Libertad and can play as a wing back also. another option is Pablo Armero of America, he had great semester...maybe Casierra or Arizala. we need to test these guys. as for GK, Pinto have to give chances like friendlies to Ospina!! this dude has proved himself as one of the best keepers in South America, for me even in the world, he's 19 and deserve his chances. and I would like to see Gio Moreno...I'm sure this kid has the skills to succee in the NT also, so at least to test him in friendlies even though I would call him for the next qualifiers also. he has wonderful technic, great ball control and he can shot FK almost like Bustos! (scored few time in Envigado). I'm really looking forward to watch Pinto's squad.

I think we definitely need to call Gio Moreno and Molina.. I didn't watch the game yesterday and it seems Moreno didn't play taht well, but neither did the whole team. Still we need new midfielders and I think these guys can do the trick.

I saw the game it was awful... Nacional had the ball the whole game but they played with 1 striker and 3 AMCs.... but they need Amaya to get the ball

Gio Moreno is the real deal.... Angulo I didnt like so much and Charria either btu I mean 3 amcs is a bit much

when they took put in 2 strikers and had gio moreno - charria play together they got alot better

But Gio moreno is great player in a few years can be a starter for us, depending how Pino keeps developing

what I like about Moreno are those long distance shots, you don't see that very often in futbol. It's like he field goal kicks them in.

I know :)

Its not like Im asking him to start on the NT but I think he is better than big mac or gio hern who are just in the game for 3 minutes and make a pass but the rest of the game is like playing with 10 men.... and no midfield

I say pinto needs to give him 15 minutes at the end of every game, or do that with Pino or Luis Mosquera and it would be more effective than bringing in another defender :)

dont worry mosquera also appear 3 minutes in all the matches, after his first match with the national team you are going to say that he sucks, and the reason that we dont have midfield in the matchs believed me that is not fault of gio and macnelly...........just is the way that pinto want to play

Thinking about this logically I don't think we need so much a "10" or that the attacking midfielders aren't good enough. It's ture they sometimes don't shine like they're supposed to on the local team. On the national team they have even less of a chance to do so. I think the real problem, as I am probably beating a dead horse that has been killed by an atom bomb, is the the defensive midfielder's not getting up to attack. They take get the ball and pass it on to the Torres or Hernandez and it's like "Here you go, my job is done, now run along with the two forwards against 8 men". The attacking begins the moment the defensive midfielders receive the ball. The guys we have need to not only pass properly but beging thinking more offensively. So it doesn't matter if who play if they're left to do all the attacking responsibilities. They can't do it themselves.

i see that these midfields in their clubs are awesome, our DMF and AMF in thir clubs attack very good but pinto gave they a differnt instruction and philosfy when play in our national team, i would love to have a coach as quintabani, simeone or bernal in the NT, that are very good in the tactically part and apply very good inthe offensive one
