Obtain the 4 digit numbers from the managers to determine the draft order by Tuesday 7/29.

Determine the draft order for each league using the PA Pick 4 Lottery Number for Wednesday evening, 7/30.

Everyone still cool with that? If so I need your 4 digit numbers by Tuesday.

I don't mind the end of the draft or the start. I just hate the middle. I like the pick twice with fewer/no people in between that you get at the ends of the order. Plus I like being able to make my picks and then go away for awhile since there will be 14 picks before your next turn instead of the 8 that I had last season when picking 4th.

Is it Wednesday for sure, or if you get everyone's numbers earlier might we use Monday or Tuesday if this really is a daily thing?

I have to confess that having gotten this promotion from the #8 spot last year, I'm inclined to want to be in that position again, but I suppose it would be interesting to devise a strategy for a different spot this time as well.

I have not received everyone's numbers yet, so I am thinking Wednesday would be best as that was what was posted by Hal originally. Should give everyone time to come up with their 4 numbers.

For myself, I will give my 4 numbers to Kuhnscoot at the Wizards game tonight, so I can't be accused of making my numbers up after the fact. I have already received Kuhn's PM so my choice won't affect his and I haven't looked at any of the numbers picked that I have received so far.

It will be the evening lottery draw of the "Big Four"
