Well, Bremen get one back straight away from a beautiful Diego freekick.
That's ok though, 25 minutes left for 3 points!

Kovacevic, who is an old player with much experience and was bought 3 years ago to help the youngsters at VfB II develop and has played for the amateurs for 3 seasons now, is subbed on now and wil, after 3 years, play for the first time for VfB's first 11. Really nice story I think... AND only 5 minutes left until we can celebrate :)

It's over. Our best performance in over a year in my opinion. Wonderful job by EVERYONE on the side. Maybe we needed the scare against Cherno More Varna, who knows. Either way, a big thumbs up to everyone. This was an absolutely brilliant performance. I'm just overjoyed, absolutely brilliant.
and look at the table, we're up to second place, and that only on goal difference!!!!

LOL Just called my Bayern buddy in Florida who's on duty, and he can't see the scoreline. I told him that Klinsy is toast now, but he thinks I'm making up the scoreline. Schadenfruede!

how was khedira today?
I thought he was very good, was constantly running. Him and Hitz were bossing the midfield for large parts during the game.
I wonder why Stuttgart can't play like that away from home.

Well IMO he has always performed better at club than for country.

i guess he knows hes the man at stuttgart and that allows him "first option" so to speak, while he's only a "backup player" against the likes of ballack and frings for the NT.
I think he's still been a fine player for the NT. Just he AND rolfes in the middle isn't going to be good enough. Anyway, a bit off topic there :)
