Is mixing in smaller sized soccer balls a good thing? I'm mostly talking about juggling. I don't know...it seems that it would improve touch but I'm just wondering what everyone else's thoughts are.

yes it will help. If you can juggle/control a size 1 ball or smaller like a tennis ball then using a regular size 5 ball will seem like nothing. It will be really easy to control after using a smaller ball. Even dribbling with a small ball is good

when I coached HS, I used to use a sz 3 in some drill, sometimes when playing 5v5. The guys loved it

yes using smaller balls will help you, I even know people that use tennis balls (also good).
