Dude, this is RODA ANTAR you are talking about!
This isn't the 2nd Bundesliga anymore! And that is all Antar is. A very good 2nd Bundesliga player!
You mean to tell me you guys really expected more of him???
Exactly my point. He's a 2B'liga player, yet he is playing star player 1 B'Liga minutes. He can't do the job, its not that Kehl was good, its that Antar isn't good enough - and that's what I've been saying all along.

:D our best players today, Hitzelsperger and Hilbert
crazy game. I can`t remember the last time we were this lucky.

Well Nova, Helmes and Mohammad also were very good second league players.
So were those Hoffenheim guys that are on the first place right now
actually last season Antar wasn`t even a good second league player.
He played very good in the last couple of games and helped us to get promoted but most of the season he was average.

Dude, wasn't that an awesome assist by Hitzlsperger on that second Novakovic goal?

Dude, those guys were 1st Bundesliga caliber players in the 2nd Bundesliga.
Shit, I wanted Dortmund to make an offer for Novakovic.
If Ishiaku ever gets healthy and back to form, you guys will have a SCARY strike force.

Dude, you would know that better than me, but Roda Antar was always the midfield lynchpin of a pretty damned good Freiburg team.
But I think we all agree that Antar is not a good 1st Bundesliga player.
I misunderstood the earlier comments about him. I thought people expected more of him.
I see everyone knows he just ain't that good....... ;)

I haven't seen the game ... according to the "Kicker" report, your guys were a little bit lucky though (1:1 seems to have been doubtful, H96 hit the post twice and didn't get rewarded with a pk).
Nevertheless, congrats on your impressive run of the last weeks ... and let's call it "das Glück des Tüchtigen"! ;) When I remember how much you had struggled last season ... and now this comeback! Kudos!

Sometimes you have to take it any way you can get it.
You guys got the three points. That's what matters.

Nova
even if we lose this game is a vast improvement to the beatings we got in the last couple of years in the Weserstadion
Shit, I wanted Dortmund to make an offer for Novakovic.

:D I for one am quite happy that we were able to keep him even though Schalke
was lurking behind our backs
Novas and Geromels form are even more scary considering they have been playing (half) injured for weeks.
Ishiaku sits today the first time on the bench, perhaps we will se him for a few minutes today
He already played (and played well) in a friendly against Fortuna Collogne
this week

I wouldn't be too worried. You're job this year is to not get relegated again, and you will most likely do it. Especially when you have a center back like Geromel who might be the signing of the year...along with Novakovic and Petit thats all you really need to survive in the Bundesliga this year I think.
Petit has also been quality this year. He has 57 caps for Portugal, so of course he has some quality. I'm also really interested in the development of Pezzoni this year, the lad who came from Blackburn, at 19, he's started a lot of games for Koln already and hasn't looked out of his depth.

I thought I posted yesterday, but maybe I was dreaming.
I was hoping for a point, but it was going to be tough.
Next week, another tough one with Hoffenheim at our house. We need to get 4 points out of our next 3 games, 6 would be great.
