I just came back from San Diego after watching this match. We spent the week down there and we were 5 of the 7502. Between days on the fantastic Coronado Island beaches and watching the jets fly right over us on the landings.. the match was part of a great Wednesday!
It was a great time in a small venue on the beautiful campus of USD. Here's a poor copy of the video... couldn't find a better one.

No card was given or warranted IMHO. Wambach was actually the late one in on the play.
Couple of observations:
No one from the Brazilian team came by to check on her after she was hurt. I realize they are competing but once they saw the seriousness of the injury, I figured someone would come by as she was getting carted off. I expected to see some sportsmanship.
I would assume the referee has to fill out the appropriate paperwork for an injury in the match. Is that true at this level or does some other match administrator handle?
From my seats, just west of the center circle, it appeared that the JAR (Shirin) was wearing a State badge. I assume she must either be a new National or a national candidate. I know Felisha is a National. and Jen is obviously a FIFA.
