After watching today's game against Union Espanola, I think Bielsa needs to consider him for the upcoming WC Qualifiers. What a rocket of shot his second goal was. Que golazo!! He now has 10 goals in 17 games. Not bad for a midfielder.

Its true he is very good. However, there already enough quality attacking midfield (matias, villanueva). The good thing is that this is a very good problem to have. We seem to putting out a lot of talent this past 2 years, Morales is just next after Villanueva.

The problem with Morales (and most of the players that come from inferiores in Huachipato) is that they tend to disappear in the big games. Both Millar and Morales suffer from this... and they are both talented players.
It's sad, really. I kind of wish some of these guys turned magically into forwards, like Yanez pointed out the atacking midfielder position it's gradually getting saturated while other spots don't have any quality options.

NOPE, not good enough. Remember that Bielsa needs polifunctional players, and Morales is really only good as a creative midfielder -- and only when he's on.

But his chocopanda mullet may just be enough to disturb oposition...you underestimate its power.

Sampson like qualities. xD
All joking aside, I think a decent international campaign with la U or an outstanding level in a final here in Chile will take to convince me that he's not a cagon. As far as I know up to this point, he's no different than Millar.

At this moment he's the best player in our team. Too bad he did not come a year ago when we had a couple of Croatian national team players (we sold them in the mean time), that would be a hell of a team. A great signing, definitely.
