The Earthquakes are offering discount tickets and an opportunity to speak with the referees after the game. I attended the session they put on at the Quakes/Galaxy game on June 14 and it was well attended and quite interesting. If you know anyone interested, please forward this onto them.
The San Jose Earthquakes are putting on a "Referee Day" on July 27th at Buck Shaw Stadium when they host the New York Red Bulls at 12:00 p.m.
Referee's can purchase discounted tickets for them and their families and sit in a special section of the stadium with other refs. Following the game, take part in a Q & A session with the Major League Soccer referees from that match. After the game, any referee can go to section 106 with their game ticket and participate in the discussion of the game's calls and non-calls
