I like Spanish Pop (:o), Gospel, Country, Old-School R&B (Motown), Old School Mexican (Jose Jose, Vicente, Juan Gabriel, etc...)...
Just bought this song for my I-Pod....They are a Spanish group now based out of Mexico and use quite a bit of Mexican imagery in their songs.

Argentinean-wise, it's all about Bersuit, Los Pericos, Fito Paez, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Los Autenticos Decadentes, Soda Stereo..
As for non-Argentine music, I listen to Jay-Z (Reasonable Doubt is a classic), Common, Sublime, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Star, and a lot of other shit I'm to lazy to list.

About 50 percent of my record collection consists of pre-1975 music, so I guess that's what I feel like listening most of the time.
Folk Rock: Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Donovan
Blues-Rock: Mayall, Bluesbreakers, The Doors
Classic Rock: The Who, CCR,
Psychedelic Rock: Pink Floyd, Love, Procol Harum
Prog Rock: Pink Floyd, Moody Blues,
Garage/Pre-punk Rock: The Velvet Underground
Glam Rock: Bowie, Lou Reed
Jazz (I am not too much into it as to go by different styles): Jimmy Smith, Miles Davis, and Lee Morgan
Soul and R&B: Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, The Delfonics, Millie Jackson, Esther Williams
Reggae: Bob Marley, The Abbyssinians, Toots and the Maytals, Peter Tosh
And, although I hardly listen to it, I definitely dance to it: cuartetazo.

I listen to a lot Rock Nacional de Argentina.
attaque 77, , Bersuit, Papo's Blues, Sui Generis, Soda Stero, Mercedes Sosa, Jorge Cafrune, Charly Garcia, And I love los fabulosos cadillacs!
I went to the Soda Stereo concert in Miami last December for my birthday and they were awsome. The Best concert I have experienced by far.
I really hope los fabulosos cadillacs come on tour to the U.S.A.

The best band ever. With the possible exception of The Beatles.

As far as Argentine music that's in my I-Pod, it's mostly old stuff. I have Sui Generis, Seru Giran, Charlie Garcia, Leon Gieco, Spinetta, Fito Paez, Virus, Los Cadillac, Soda Stereo. I need to get me some Vox Dei.
I'm into Jazz, so I have some Gato Barbieri. I also have a bunch of Piazolla works, and some old Gardel tangos.

I've got a pretty decent cross section of music on my ipod with contemporary jazz dominating most of the memory. Lately the only non-jazz I've been listening to is Babasonicos, David Gray and The Jam. To off-set the frightening stuff TTM posted earlier I'll post videos of good music:D

I don't really know alot of current Argentine bands/music i just grew up
listening to my moms tangos and my dad folklore. They're very old school.
