I know the transfer windows aren't closed yet, but for you, what's "the biggest" transfer in Europe until now, considering the fame or/and the potential of the player, not about the cost.

Well for me? I mainly keep an eye out for Romanian transfers.
So far the two biggest ones ...
Nicolae Dica from Steaua Bucuresti to Calcio Catania
Cristian Sapunaru from Rapid Bucuresti to FC Porto
Also Jozy Altidore going to Villarreal deserves a mention.

I think Milan have the two biggest with Ronaldhino and Mathieu Flamini.
Their midfield is pretty set after those two moves to play alongside Pirlo, Seedorf, Ambrosini, and Gattuso.

Barcelona has been spending big bucks although Alves and Hleb aren't names that really jump out at you.
For now its Ronaldinho.

Deco sucks so he isn't that "big" in my eyes.
Flamini and Guiza were the two I was fighting over. I chose Flamini in the end.

Look at the ridiculous ovation he got just for his unveiling. 5000 new season tickets were sold too the first day after he was signed.

Ronaldinho to Milan is the blockbuster one. But Alves, Nasri, and Guiza.

Doesn't the transfer need to be finalised before it counts?
