CNN keeps repeating the line "The Road to Washington Goes thru Israel" when discussing both candidates' chances of winning as directly related to their commitment to Israel.

Do you agree or disagree with the phrase?

"Do you believe this phrase accurately reflects the current political reality?"

and

"Do you agree with the sentiment embedded in this phrase?"

True story. I was flying from San Diego to Kansas City. When I got there my golf clubs did not. The airline traced the claim check but couldn't find anything.

About a week later, I get a call that my clubs had arrived. When I got them, they were wrapped in Israeli security tape.

So, apparently, the road to Kansas goes through Tel Aviv. :D

Btw, my uncle in CA makes a mean homemade salsa. I put two jars in with the clubs. It was pretty nasty upon arrival a week later. ;)

Why wouldn't the rest of Americans care about that relation considering its importance as an "ally" nation, and further accentuated by the pro-Israeli lobbyists that seem to be dictating, at least, the US foreign policies related to ME.

Anyway, let's stick to the topic of the thread which is geared towards what CNN keeps pharsing, not about the birth place, race, religion, ...., of the poster.
