I'll be there Saturday morning - Thursday morning as I'll be catching the MLS match that Saturday and the US game.

Never been to the Second City, so very much looking forward to it.

Will purchase ticket later.

The national guys just told me that they've placed their order and should be able to announce something soon.

How soon? I dunno, maybe another week or so, plenty of time before the match. You should get an email as soon as something is ready.

Join both. I did. It's not expensive ($15 per year per SG) and being on two lists is better than being on one, especially as WCQ progresses and tickets get harder and harder to get.

Purchased my tickets over the weekend but paypal has my wrong address. I emailed the contact but haven't heard back. I really hope my tickets don't end up in Florida:eek:

This is awesome. I'm not sure who is coming from the ESC contingent just yet, but look forward to this as always. I'll send you an email.

Will the motor home be making an appearance?

does anyone know when they go on sale on the US Soccer site rather than through Sam's Army. I'm getting some people with neutral feelings to soccer to come from South Bend with me; hopefully to convert them and I don't want them to get a bad experience for not cheering loud enough or being to milque toast.

Anyone know when the actual sale for tickets begins?

It seems pretty odd that we are 6-7 weeks away from this match and full ticket sales haven't occurred yet.

Anyone interested in joining a longtime fan willing to buck up for some killer seats, let me know. Lifetime Chicagoan; know the drill around here.

I've thrown out the email but I think it had some instructions to follow. You pay the same way as last time ... that is, Paypal or mail in a check. Contact Korey or Justin if there are any questions that the website doesn't answer.

See ya there!

How long will you be in town and what is your primary goal? If you want to be close to activities and don't mind driving to the game, there are places in Chicago proper or in some of the suburbs that are a lot more fun than Bridgeview. If you want to be close to the game, there are a few hotels around that area.
