I think the era of the soccer mom is likely going to be passed by a more vociferous type of support in the MLS, lets hope it doesnt degenerate down the line of the unsavoury side of European and South American style support.

Hell yea it was rocking! I even cheered with The Galaxians for a bit durning the game. They've got a bigger crowd than I thought they had. Also, I think I have an addiction to bacon wrap hot cooked in a shopping cart. The shopping cart is key...

Just a tribute to you guys. I have attended every home game this year but one. However, every game I have been to I have brought at least one to three people who would never consider going to a game. I usually dont tell them what im doing, so they dont back out. EVERY one of them has been astounded at the experience they had with you. OK, im the guy who sneaks them into 138 but I feel it is important that they experience there first game with you guys. Most of the people I bring think going to a game consists of soccer moms and may be 400 people. I realize my tagline says I am a fire fan, which I am. I became that by being welcomed by section 8 years ago, then relocated to LA, but i have developed a passion for LA Bottome line is....u guys have brought it this year. The section has probably tripled, and seeing my friend who was adament about not liking the sport screaming "I hate chivas, you hate chivas......." makes my day. The most amazing comment I had was after the first chivas usa gal game (5-2), my friend said after that he had been to laker, dodger, playoffs game and it was the most fun he has ever had at a sporting event. I guess I this post is simply to say thank you for the fantastic times that i and my converted soccer fans have had and keep it up. For the first time I think we as fans we have an influence on the players and game. Thanks for making a great experience for me and my future galaxy fan friends.
