@ Luckie
So you really think that the decision to start with Löhe instead of Heimeroth (who played a good season so far, despite his 2 mistakes against Stuttgart & Köln) was absolutely justified?
Well, I don't agree with you in this matter. Not only that Löhe was responsible for the 0:1 ... but with this silly decision, we have dismounted both goalies (Löhe and Heime)! I fear that we won't see Heimeroth - who is better than Gospodarek in my eyes - in the BMG goal again ... what's pretty dangerous concerning our current goalie situation.

All this confusion and complication is getting scary! Am not sure whats going on but seems we have more internal problems than anything, also not sure how can heimeroth not have played yesterday,no matter how much CZ has input....there is no comparison btwn heimeroth and lohe..and how could hans meyer not have noticed that???
I feel sorry for hans meyer, this current borussia team is going to be a very very tough mission....and as time goes by we dont see major attitude change in our players either! Lets just hope hans meyer can figure something out or its going to get ugly:(

I guess we have about 2 weeks b4 we hit the field again, and we are up against
Eintracht and Arminia..which are not in better situation & shape than us! Hopefully this 2 weeks would give Hans Meyer enough time to really get down to business and perhaps find ways that would help us collect maximum points from frankfurt and arminia games. Roberto should play IMO and not just as a sub,we need more pressure up front and in our mid-field,am hoping meyer would apply a more offensive style ....seems like we are not a catch-up team and everytime we fall behind we lose composer and the result:cool:,so its best to work more on our attacking options than our defense !
Did anyone see the horrible expression on Heimeroths face on the bench, when watching our goalie perform??thats not good i hope the team wouldnt split in 2 groups..thats the last thing we need right now,but it was obvious there is something going on and there has been some internal conflicts happening !

1.You mention kamps is supportive of lohe and he might be responsible for him playing against wolfburg vs. heimeroth?? how could such a great goalie such as kamps with so much history with gladbach do such a thing?? Its pretty obvious hiemeroth is the better keeper by far, even a kid can figure it out..it would be very strange if inside politics and issues would come first..not the safety of the team and whats at stake??Also how could hans meyer not distinguish between the two goalies and just settle for kamps's advise ?? as i said heimeroth is by far the better and mor experienced keeper??
1.Off topic what is "Olaf Thon" doing these days???

You're right (unfortunately). No wonder we've been the worst away team in the 1 BL for many years now...
Somehow it must be a hex.
so its best to work more on our attacking options than our defense !
Agree. Especially, as we're not a team that can go for a 0:0 (hope that Hans checked that after this game).

Allegedly, Heimeroth will be the Nr. 2 again. HM was quoted that he just wanted to see Flöhe perform in a competitive match and decided to bring him after talking with Uwe Kamps and Christian Ziege. Well, at least Hans confessed that it was a mistake (after he was confronted with a lot of criticism)...

Btw: It's really amazing to see only you and me posting resp. discussing in this thread. What's up with the other Borussen? How I've just noticed, @ Luckie still hasn't answered my question...

Löhe is some kind of Kamps' pupil, as he discovered him and brought him to BMG. The guy is surely very talented, but it's more than obvious that he still has to learn a lot (how you mentioned)...

Really no idea. He's never been a Borusse, so I don't care what he's doing...

As far as I remember from the official BMG forum, you wanted Löhe to replace even Gospodarek.
Thanx for the above link. So Hans really wanted to test Frederic on Tuesday night ... hmmm, why didn't he wait until we play the next friendly? But ok, it happened ... so let's forget this topic now.
Btw: Maybe we should tell Hans that we don't really have a serious goalie problem this season so far ... since Heime did a good job except for those 2 mistakes against Stuttgart & Cologne. Don't know what Ziege & Kamps told him.
PS: It's always nice to see Jöööörg Stiiiiiiiel in MG. :)

Is it me or you guys agree with me as well?? this "M.Bradley" fellow really has been far from impressive so far IMO,i hope his just having a few bad games..but i see no fire and motive and creativity in his playing so far! Hope his not another bust like touma, cola,i know they all have great track records b4 coming to gladbach....but so far for borussia they have been a bust..just like back in the day how "Igor Belanow" turned into a bust,or "toni polster" for that matter:mad: man i hope meyer could find us another arie van lent, what i loved about him was the fact that he almost never missed a game..seems like all the players that are good and talented they are only good for 1 or 2 games ...then they get injured on a regular basis..whats with that?? maybe am going crazy..but we can never friggin have all are players at our service a few weeks/games in a row...who ever is slightly talented and has some potential to score goals for us gets injured 24/7.So for every game they come and help the team..they sit out 2-3 games!

OMG..so hans meyer wanted to test lohe eh?? he couldnt have picked a better time..since we are at the bottom of the table and we need every damn point,i still find it very very strange..for a coach such as meyer to send it a 3rd string goalie into such a crucial game!

Michael still isn't ready to be a starter (for the reasons @ Lascho mentioned in the "Bradley" thread ---> "Yanks abroad" section), he simply needs some time to get fit and adjust to the BL & the style we're playing. In my opinion, it's useless starting him (and even on the wrong position, as happened in Wolfsburg) at the moment ... but better bringing him after the interval. He's a great talent, but really needs some time to adjust to the BL and the new surroundings! I hope that Hans Meyer & Christian Ziege will check this, hence.

Bad news: After Steve Gohouri & Jan-Ingwer Callsen-Bracker, our 3rd CB Thomas Kleine suffered an shoulder injury (he's already been operated) and will be out until the Rückrunde. :( That means we have just 2 CB's (Brouwers & Daems) available for tomorrow's home match against Frankfurt...

Two question marks
Borussia have won 14 out of 35 home matches against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga, and Hans Meyer is out to make it 15.

Looking at the table and sat results we are still in touch with most teams above us..so i guess we got lucky in that sense and not many teams above us made a major seperation,i hope we can make the best out of it this week..because you cant always rely on luck!
I think we have a good chance against arminia and frankfurt..these two games are games we should collect all points(keeping my fingers crossed)
BTW whats going on with tobias leveles??
