We're just playing a friendly against Rob Friend's former club SC Heerenveen on a neutral venue ... and are leading 1:0 at the moment. :)

3:1 after 73 minutes. :)
Don't know who scored our goals nr. 2 and 3, though.
Edit: It seems that Colautti scored both goals.

Btw: Are you on THIS (http://www.borussia.de/en/contacts,118169,0.html) list, too?
nope not on that list... yet. what is it used for?
Borussia
23 Jul 2008, 03:23 PM
That list gives you the opportunity to contact Gladbach fellows from your country or surroundings/city.
You just have to send an email to Borussia if you want to have your name on that list, too.

Don't know whether it's more than only a hoax ... fact is that we won't sell him!
Btw: I won't be on BS as from next Monday until the season start against Stuttgart ... so if anybody has got a question, please ask now.

Will the DFB-Pokal game against Bielefeld going to be shown on fohlen.tv?

I'm also thinking about subscribing to fohlen.tv as I'm in the U.S (though I don't know how to handle the issue of having different currency). Also, are there many Bundesliga matches shown on FSC or other soccer channels?

i have not seen very many Bundesliga matches on FSC (if at all?). i know people who have Direct TV or Dish can subscribe to a German sports channel that shows Bundesliga matches... but i have cable.
as for the currency difference, I'm assuming they take credit cards and your credit card company will do the conversion based on what the rate is that day and may charge you a conversion fee on top of that (anywhere from 1-3%)
i ended up not subscribing today, as i wasn't sure if the Pokal game would be shown or not. but will be subscribing (at least for a month to try it out) before the first game against Stuttgart

In the US, Bundesliga is covered exclusively by Gol TV--which unfortunately has just been removed from Dish Network due to a contract dispute. If you have Dish Network, you can get a German package with ProsiebenSat1, which also has the BL--their coverage is, however, conference style--they move around the league showing parts of all the matches in progress rather than choosing a particular game (those would be available on alternate channels in Europe, but are not available in the US package). You do get the Friday match, of course, as there is only one. I believe Gol TV is available on other systems (Direct TV, cable) too.

For US fans who have access to Gol TV (not me anymore, but I think I'm going to remedy that), our first BL match of the year is on, LIVE (from the Gol TV site):
