You know, I thought it was terrible that Dish Network dropped GolTV and then we had a major power outage (still out at my house) in Ohio due to the remnants of Hurricane Ike (over 2 million people in Ohio lost power and there are still over 500K out), but if both of those things had not happened, I probably would have been watching the Hannover match and I am glad I did not see that now....

Luhukay's 'alter ego' set to return?
At today's press conference Jos Luhukay was keeping tight-lipped as regards his line-up for Saturday's game against Hertha BSC.

Btw: I hope that our former youth player Andrej Voronin ( http://www.transfermarkt.de/de/spieler/1075/andreyvoronin/transferdaten.html ) will get a "nice" welcome at Borussia-Park, since the BMG fans surely won't forget what that idiot did 2 years ago (after he scored the deflected winner in injury time). :rolleyes: :mad:

Debut for Neuville & Bradley ...
Heimeroth - M. Ndjeng, Callsen-Bracker, Daems, Voigt - Alberman, Bradley - Matmour, Marin - Neuville - Friend
... but this first half was pretty disappointing. :( The defence terrible once again, our offensive play a lot worse than against Bremen ... and then we also miss 3 big scoring opportunities by Bradley, Neuville and Friend.
0:1 at halftime, we need a clear improvement after the interval in order to reach at least a draw!

Damn, I'm so pissed off about today's performance (awful game from both teams)! :mad: We improved defensively after the interval, but our offensive play was disappointing in comparison to the Stuttgart & Bremen home games. Well, and if you miss your few top chances (Neuville hit the post twice, Friend didn't manage to score 5 meters in front of the empty goal), there's no reason to complain about another painful defeat!
Tough times at Borussia-Park...

So irritating and pathetic,we can all say if "such" and "such" would have happened..then the reults would be "so" and "so",bottom line we just cant get it together..its really getting annoying..specially when you see other teams have somehow managed to find a type of form and structure...a team thats also towing the name borussia monchengladbach after it...has no excuse after a full season and a pre-season..to be so miserable !
In all honesty id rather see these guys stay in the bottom of the table..till they find a real cure for this team and its situation...its clear that past year and a half has been just a spark of luck..and we just cant have consistency!
I should have known better the bremen game was no gauge or indication!

I hate to say it, but I think we didn't play that great either (it was a decent road performance). A draw would have been a fairer result, but our 0:1 might have been deserved. Marin disappointed for me today.

Marin disappointed for me today.
Not only yesterday, but also in Hanover. He's too inconsistent in his performance and not effective enough in many situations. But well, he's young and has enough time to learn. ;) Nearby he gets fouled very often, what obviously snatches his joy of playing...
I hate to say it, but I think we didn't play that great either
awful game from both teams
The difference was that your guys were cleverer in many situations (we had 12:2 corner kicks).
Btw: The atmosphere at stadium was pretty disappointing as well this time (I noticed only the whistles against Voronin and the excitement about what happened in other stadiums).

Efforts go unrewarded
Ifs, buts and maybes. In football, 'what ifs' count for nothing, as Borussia are well aware.

So funny how Jus luhukay can perfectly analyze what was wrong with our team after each game..but never prepare well enough and accordingly before a game,or in the interval btwn the two halfs??Or our players just keep talking about how we couldnt do this and that,Well thats why a team like "hoffenheim" is top of the table and we are at the bottom......we are just not good enough to make changes during the course of the game which would meet the demands of each specific match in order to collect some points if not all 3! And to keep our game quality consistent seems so out of reach at the moment ! I just wish not everybody would be such an einstein after each game is gone/lost to the opponents because anybody can then explain why the game was lost....its still early in the season and things may change a bit ( i hope at least)..but this kind of BS that gets printed online after each game sounds like a joke if anything and is "MEGA-IRRITATING"...to get payed thousands of euros and still go out there and come out EMPTY-HANDED and later come up with some excuses to justify why they have lost the game...is CRAP! if these players and coaches need another 5 years to fig out whats right and wrong..maybe they a:mad:re just not fit for this job because by then..other teams have already won a few championships !

i assume these ratings are similar to the german grading system where 1,0 is the highest? is 5,0 the lowest?

Gladbach didn't go with a good enough team into this season and I don't really think that's down to finances only but rather to some misjudgement as well. From my point of view it looks like Christian Ziege as the man doing the squad planning has set up a rather unenjoyable season for BMG fans. I'd gladly be proven wrong.

1 = very good
2 = good
3 = satisfying
4 = sufficient
5 = insufficient
6 = failing
I'd gladly be proven wrong.
Hopefully in the next BL game. :-))

Very pissed yes,i will never give up on being a gladbach fan..but this kind of performance is just not acceptable period!
For every win we get,and for every game we run on all cylinders..we either lose a few or draw a few...ive said this before in prof sport you cant continue with the same excuses game in game out...am not expecting very much here..but before you know its end of the mid season...and things can get scary!
Its just so frustrating after gonig down twice to the 2.liga and struggling in the mid table of the bundesliga for years..we are still dealing with the same problems and for every one step forward..we take 5 in reverse..what do you think uwe??whats your take?? honest opinion please?

I still think the same I thought at the beginning of the season. Can you maybe remember that? ;)
Btw: Despite our pretty poor start, I'm very confident about keeping the league.

Thankfully, Jos Luhukay is going to pardon Steve Gohouri (we badly need him as CB).

WE ARE OFFICIALLY THE LAUGHING STOCK OF GERMANY@THIS POINT !
CONGRATS TO CZ & JL..PLEASE MAKE SURE WE CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THIS DISGUSTING FORM THRU THE ENTIRE SEASON:mad:
We are so weak and clue-less on the pitch that seems like either other teams have 2 players extra,or we are two players short!
