Voted for England cos without fail there is always something bad going on when England fans travel abroad and domestically, the problem may have got better inside the ground but it's just the same outside the ground and if the 'experts' are to be believed, it's getting worse. Turkey only cause problems in Turkey.

I voted for Germany, because the Germans have a long history of being poor travelers in foreign lands.
But the poll is incomplete. Where are the Dutch, the Mexicans, and the Hondurans?

Dutch NT don't have hooligans with the exception of 88 and 90 (not a great succes)
There will never be a big hooligan element (if any) at the Dutch NT anyway. A bit too much old sore and hatred.
Clubfootball is another story.
How about adding Poland, Greece, Belgium, Italy, Former Yugoslavia, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Sweden. On club level they've al got hooligans.

I think some of these European nations need to go play in Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, then they will see what kind of hooliganism the US puts up with.
