i have been using all my free time to train for the winter mountain bike series that is starting soon. today was my first mock "race" just to judge my speed. rode 14 miles at a fast pace. i felt quick, and i didn't drop pace until the last 2 miles. i had a big scare though after. I couldn't get my heart rate to drop after about 2 hours since getting off the bike. not only that but i could not catch my breath.
needless to say that this scares the crap out of me. i have now dropped down to my resting heart rate and feel fine now. apps? any thoughts?

If I were you Sanchy I'd go with Vancouver. 3rd best quality of life in the world, and a whole bunch of other stuff, also a melting pot of immigration, loads of different people who are both new and those who have been there for generations.

I sat down to watch the Madrid-Malaga game...what a game! At times the play was just rediculous - like school kids in a playground. The ref was shocking, and Sergio Ramos was a tool. But who out above all this? Noneother then the man/boy who I rated since his first season at the club...the player that many thought would never make it...Gonzalo Higuain!

And then I went on to watch Barca play. Wow. Four goals for Eto'o in the first 45! Messi is just amazing to watch - magic...but then again, so was the whole Barca team last night.
