A lovely start to my team's football season yesterday...took on the team who finished second-bottom (my team finished bottom despite starting with three wins out of three with me playing) in the Cup. With the game having finished 1-1 at full time, extra time followed, and with the ref needing to go to referee another game across the borough, he thought it would be a good idea to, in the last minute of extra time, give them a penalty for quite literally nothing. They scored, won 2-1, and the chaos that ensued afterwards saw our captain, centreback and manager all sent off.

God I miss Sunday league lol
