Well that ends whatever debate there is between Fiedler and Drobny...
kicker reports Fiedler is out for 6 months :(
I supported Drobny as #1, but losing Fiedler is still a big loss for Hertha.

Rumors say Hertha are very close to snatching Valdivia from Palmeiras...I think they offered 10 million dollars for 60% of his pass...very cheap for such a good player. I think he is the best Chilean player of the moment and I have no doubt he could do well in any European league. He is also in good shape...he recently played a great match against Ipatinga, scored two goals, made many good assists and won the ball back for his team...he's a handfull.

well we have 2...I just don't trust them like I do Fiedler. Gang and Burchert look alright by me, but I'd hate it if they had to be thrust into the spotlight. Then again, we could uncover the next Neuer or Adler or Kusczcak...to be honest though, I think most young keepers turn out to be shit. I remember Kevin Stuhr-Elleghard and Iain Turner (for Everton) turn out to be rubbish when we had to call them into duty.
