Ebert has been poo.

What pos. does he usually play? Out of curiosity.

Very, very underrated player. Without him, I don't even know how often Bielefeld would have been relegated in all these years. I always wondered how he would do in a better team.

Agreed: I also fail to understand the reason why he doesn't get an extended run in the Polish NT. He's one of the top scorers in the one of the toughest leagues in Europe, for one of its poorest teams.:confused:

Ebert usually plays Right or Left wing/midfield.

Awful performance, we didn't deserve to be first.

No, I think that you deserved that 1st place. But without Pantelic... it simply does not work.

Voronin actually has 3 goals!!! :p

He's ********ing shite though I agree. I think we should always play Pantelic-Raffael and the first sub shouldn't be Voronin, but Domovchiyski.

Voronin is a Center Back who somehow convinced a coach somewhere to play him up front, and apparently no one bothered to correct the error.

I actually think he could do a job as a defensive midfielder, he's always running and has decent positional sense.

But he can't tackle, that's the problem. Should try him as goal keeper, his ponytail should give him impressive aerodynamical balance.

Bet he'd be a good water fetcher :)

Disagree and agree.

Disagree that Hertha "deserved" to move into 1st place. If they "deserved" it, they would have gotten the job done. I think TOLH had it right.

Agree that it simply does not work without Pantelic. How Hertha is letting him go is beyond me.

The man is a "mad genius" when it comes to goal-scoring.

I used to think he wasn't that good, but man, he's changed my mind.

Awesome comments! This is what I feel about Nelson Valdez too!!!

I do not speak German but I guess that this means that Bayern is interested in Kacar. But I do not think Hertha is going to sell him any time soon.

I think many of you underate Voronin a lot. He is far away
from beeing a great scorer, but he is a player,
that works a lot for his team.

Such support players are important.

True, his only weakness as a striker is goal scoring... :p

Just having fun, he is actually a good lad.

You know, people always say the same thing to me about Valdez.

So how about giving us our 5M back and you take Valdez.

You know, since such support players are important?

They are, but they should be in midfield or defense, not wasting a "goal-scorer's position" at striker.

And that's but a small detail. :p:p

Could someone fill me in on the young Tunisian, Amine Chermiti, does he show a lot of potential? How does he play?

He got injured badly first part of the season, so we haven't exactly seen what he can actually do. He does have a lot of pace to burn though. Nearly scored against Bielefeld. Its too early to say if he'll be good enough for Hertha, I think next year will be his year when Voronin leaves.

"When" Voronin leaves? No chance of Hertha buying him?

Why?

Price too high?

Yea. 6 million euros is the asking price.

I'd start losing hope again if we paid 6 mio for Voronin

You get your 5 millions back if we get the 8 millions back
from Corinthians for Carlos Alberto.

Nah, serious, Voronin played a good season for Hertha.
He made 4 goals and 4 assists and collected more points
at the kicker management games than Marko Pantelic.
IMHO is one of the reasons why Hertha plays a sucessfull
season although their performances are sometimes hard to watch
(ours this season, too btw).
