Japan 0 - 1 Argentina

This match never actually finished. It got stopped in the 82nd due to rain and lightning, and they were going to restart the match when the conditions got better, but Argentina complained that they should just end it.
So the match never got finished, but Argentina looked like they would hold on for the win anyway.

Which is what he said. In the USA they always put the away team first.

Why on earth do they do that then. Most illogical thing ever.

Same reason we still use nonmetric, call it soccer, and do other random nonsensical things... it's "american". :o

Nigeria has played 2 Korean clubsides winning 2-0 and 3-0, they also beat a Korean select side 4-1. Don't know the names of the clubs or how good they are.

I know they played Yonsei University (an amateur university team), beat them 4-0 and also from what I hear manhandled a third division club. I have no idea what their third match was against though. I think they played the same third division team twice, but I'm not sure. I wouldn't rule out them having played a firsit division club in an unofficial match, but Namhae (where Nigeria's training took place) is nowhere near any K-League club and the league's break just started last week so who knows.

Americans tend to write on pre-game match-ups in the "team X at team Y" format, hence the reason why the away team is always listed first.
