For the last 6 months after training or a match or when i do any type of running for long periods in my boots, no matter which type i where (legends, powerswerves or f50's) i always get a pain in the arch of my foot (here:http://i298.photobucket.com/albums/mm254/clarke1234/foot.jpg)
does anybody know what this is and if so how to stop it.

Well maybe thats what you have done. If you are worried about it then the best thing to do is to go and see a Dr.
I asked if it felt like cramp because when i tend to wear adidas boots i get an awful pain around the arch of my foot which can be crippling until i take the boots off and put my foot down on the ground to stretch it out.

i think thats because the boots are to small for you

No its not, i get my boots a size bigger than i usually wear. It isn't just me it happens too, someone else on the board has the same problem with adidas boots. Its because the middle of the boot is pretty narrow.

ah this is a simple one you have to do some strengthsening exercises on the ball easy one is get a tin of baked beans or something and roll your foot back and forward over the top of it every night for about half an hour it will make them stronger and not feel tight etc

I used to get the WORST pain ever from my F50+ they just felt too narrow in the middle of the boot although the rest of the boot fitted me. And i had the same problems with the absolutes etc and the tunits. It sucked!

Do you have a high arch?
If you do, then I would get some custom orthotics.
I think most foot pain can be due to boot size or insole.

Sounds like plantar faciitis to me, I have it too you should look into superfeet orthotics they kick ass.
