Question about the Cards.

Are the Yellow/Red cards cleared for the next round or do they still carry over?

PS: I'm uncomfortable with S.Martin and Cheyo having a yellow lol.

Last cycle cards carried over through all rounds of qualifying and then reset before the World Cup.

Saborio wasnt allowed to play on the first game for a GC suspension, so i guess they keep counting
