Richards looked dangerous. Made up for no Jozy or Angel. Lots of competition for defensive spots. To bad about Goldy's hammys. Mendes fits well into the def. mid position. Team looked organized and just plain better than Dallas.
Tailgating was fun. Thanks to everyone for putting everything together. Great sandwiches. Beer. Music. Pick up game. Got to show off my skills even with a bum ankle. My brother in law and nephew had a great time. Got to cheer on the bulls during the game.
I'll save my bitching and moaning about the GWB traffic for another thread.

This is a small number, we have many more members, its just lots of people had plans this weekend, but we are slowly growing and working on increasing our numbers as well! While we have been around since November, we only really started our outreach in Feb.

Was too busy helping run the section. Otherwise woulda took you up on that. Honestly, i didn't know you guys were there until the 10th minute when someone next to me pointed up to the mezz on the far side. Saw your NYC flag.
Hope you had a good time, what did you all think of ESC? I am guessing that is the first time many of you have been to a live NYRB game.

Many of us have gone to RB games before - I go to a few a year, and I know some of our group were there for that first ever game!

lol...this was one of those rare games where the other sections were kinda getting into it... but besides those high moments... there seemed to be a dead atmosphere for some time... o well, the highs were cool, so i think its a stepping stone for the LA and DC games.

They usually do. When I would go to the metrostars games, from my seat in sec. 133 they were often the only ones providing the atmosphere. They usually did a good job, I gotta admit.

We got out to da swamp a little late. Otherwise we would've stopped by and said hello.
