Yeah, that should have been a PK for Italy. I think the ref didn't call it as a "make up."
And he is having a horrible game, possibly the worst refereeing I've seen this tournament so far.
Fandelis known for not calling penalties, or should I say infamous?!
The problem is that its partially also the players fault. IMO Silva f.e. jumped already before he got even touched, and when a player raises his arms while falling DOWN something is suspicious... LOL, I could write a whole book about this, and still not missing out on the 'game'. I expected a little bit more, so many errors.
and a dive!
