This thread, at the present moment, is me asking a question of some good mid-week and offseason workouts to stay in top match condition. Currently, since I'm only 17 and just starting out in the whole working-out spiel, I'm doing the following:

15 minutes Aerobic program on a bike
15 minutes Aerobic program on a treadmill
10 minutes on a rower
Nautilus circuit - 10-20 reps each
15 minutes Aerobic program on a Precor (elliptical).

Any advice as to a program I should follow in and out of season?
