I want to say that I was wrong thinking the Dutch would throw the game. Hunter, my favorite Dutch player, really proved he's the real deal. Good Luck to the Netherlands, you deserve to win this whole thing. Dutch fans are great too.
Romania, you played with heart but also had some luck. You'll be back in 2010 because the quality is there, just need to take more risks next time. HAI ROMANIA!
France, well, tough luck for you guys but Domenech needs to go. You don't leave Trezeguet at home because he plays in Serie A, same with Mexes. I hope Ribery recovers soon because he's a quality player. See you in 2010 final. ;)
Italia, I hope you step it up a notch because you're not showing your true quality yet. Donadoni, you're lucky to still be here and I hope you appreciate what your players and your old buddy have done for you. Now show your worth without Pirlo orchestrating the offense. Forza Azzurri!

I disagree on Huntelaar, he screwed up way too many times. He got lucky he was given the goal.

No, can you people please stop accusing me of that, of the 4 big clubs in Holland Feyenoord is my least favorite. Heck I like Huntelaar, he is from a village only 2 miles from here, but his performance tonight was not so good, he just lacks the experience to play at this level.
But a striker that manages to get 3 hand balls in the first 35 minutes is very lucky not to get sent off.

Yeah I have nothing against any team in this group, even though it got heated here and there it was without animosity which is a positive thing.
I feel for Romania and (amazingly) France as well. One side was an underdog up against impossible odds and still had a chance to shock the world while the other has all the talent to win the tournament but was damed with poor coordination in management.
I think both Romania and France will come back in 2010 and punish a lot of people while the Dutch just might be embarking on a extraordinary era, time will tell.
As for now lets just hope for good football and some great entertainment before the summer officially begins.
