Basically, if this competition isn't going to die on it's feet, things need to go quickly and smoothly on Wednesday night after the final group D games. What's the situation with everybody who has qualified or might qualify? Can you all be online on Wednesday?

For those of you who cant be around, Gordon and I have developed a method of autoselecting for people who cannot take part.
For the purposes of Draft 2, the "best player" will refer to best average match rating.
1) we will FIRST replace any player who you played and lost due to that player's team being eliminated with the best available player at the position. (e.g. if you lose a midfielder and defender, we will select the best player available at midfield or defense, then the next time you are up, we will select the other)
2) if you have filled all positions, we will select the best player remaining.
Its simple, but if you cant make it, you arent screwed.

Is it possible for us to get rid of squad players that already qualified?
ex. I have a substitute on one team that qualified, can I get rid of him in place of someone else?

Nope.
Gordon and bspsoccer, I won't be here so I trust whatever system you have set up. Can we give you our preference on what position we'd want you to fill first?

If I qualify(which isn't looking likely atm) I will be preoccupied with Brazil/Argentina for at least 2 hours on Wednesday. Hopefully we can draft around that two hour time slot.

Finished my exams :) so I can be online whenever...if i qualify that is.

Also, this time, you don't need to have 16 players in your squad, you just need the starting 11. If you have 14, for example, and you're happy, you don't need to continue drafting if you don't want to.
