So which is it?

We are all 3 Americans. My wife and I live in the US and my friend is studying in the UK at the moment. My wife and I will be visiting my friend in London in late Sept. As thanks for letting us stay at his flat, we're going to buy his ticket to the Arsenal v. Hull City match.

I thought my first post was pretty clear other than excluding the information about the citizenship of my friend that is living in London for the next year.

just so I can get a gauge on demand, is anyone else requesting tickets to the opener against West Brom?

Will the ticket request system be set up before next Wednesday when Fulham (A) tickets go on sale?

I'll be requesting 1 ticket for that match and I know akofman is requesting 3.

My god people. just wait. and all will be revealed. My guess is, if Meredith and Simon haven't put up the new directions yet, then it's not ready.

Any idea when we can apply to become a premium member for the 2008/2009 season?

Soon. We're going to be using a new system, and our webmaster wants to make sure that all the bugs are out before unveiling it. Stay tuned.

You can request tickets. That's the biggest advantage. Without being a premium member, you can't even submit a request.

Mike,

Do you mean a premium member of ArseAm or of Big Soccer?

not sure, i am a paying member of AA, but i didnt know if there was an advantage of being a paying member of big soccer. my goal is to request tickets for a game in the fall. i have been talking to matt at AA and he has been advising me on how to do so, hence i am here. i am really enjoying being apart of this thread. its good to see how many arsenal fans are out there. being in indianapolis, you can imagine how little there are, you know? any advice from you guys that have more experience is greatly appreciated!! as always, go goons!

ArseAm. The membership drive for 2008-09 will be starting soon. We had a bit of a technical issue in that the company from whom we purchased our new membership tracking sw went tits up. We've tracked down a new system, and it's being tested this week.

He means Arsenal America. You must be a Premium paid member of Arsenal America to put in a ticket request.

In fact, if you are requesting more than 1 ticket to a match, each person you are requesting a ticket for, must have their own paid membership.

Sorry, Newbie question here...

I am looking to take a trip to London around the middle of November and I am looking at trying to go to the Arsenal v Aston Villa game. I have found a couple of different places online that have various prices for tickets. I am not sure all of them are legit companies, and I am not sure how the tickets work. I am from the DC area and go to all of the DC United home games. Those tickets are easy to get; I assume Arsenal's are not! I have read through most of the forum and I have seen how to purchase tickets through aatickets (still waiting to buy a membership to ArsenalAmerica though)...but I have yet to see a price for any tickets. Can you give me a rough estimate on how much the tickets would be through ArsenalAmerica? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the quick response Ziegler...

It seems that all of the tickets that I am finding online are anywhere from 105GBP to +430GBP! I can definitely handle the face value rates!
