I wanted a good test for England but United States were so disgustingly poor agaisnt England that I wanted to throw something at the TV. No heart, no passion, no imputus, they brought Nothing.

Then I watched a USA side against Spain who were nothing but Great. Everything that they werent in London they showed against Spain and were very unlucky to lose. Same against Argentina.

Sorry its a bit late, but I was very dissapointed with the USA team coz now since that game Englands past problems have all been swept under the carpet and because of this win over USA and T&T, England have now won the World Cup 2010. (you wont believe how much this happens).

Thanks for the comments. It's always great to hear the opinions from someone on the outside of our immediate domestic fan base. If someone else's fans can admit that the US progressed tremendously throughout the 3 games, then why can't we?

How was this lineup a poor advertising for MLS?I think he's saying that, presumably, all those American players in the MLS are worse than the team that took the field against England (who looked really bad on that occasion).

Thanks for the positive feedback. The hardcore US fanbase that follows the national team (which is relatively minuscule) was absolutely horrified with the both the line-up and the way the team played against England... But we certainly appreciate your kind words and support! I think we stepped up a bit against Spain (first half) and Argentina (maybe could have won that one!)...
