Does anybody know? Because it doesn't make sense to me to have the biggest city/metro area in the USA and keeping the capacity the same (about). Why can't we have a 100k stadium like Dallas, there are more people here than in Dallas so it makes sense. Im perplexed.

Increase ticket prices, keep demand up and get rid of those customers that consume the least. In Dallas, I can only assume that they need to bring in as many people as possible to make a dime.

Honestly I don't give a shit. I can't wait until I never have to step foot into that shithole ever again. I've had it with that place.

also - the jets and giants are talking about seat licensing - they can jck up the price on that with the demand

idk what seat licensing is but wouldn't demand remain high no matter the capacity? Isnt the season ticket waiting list tens of thousands of people long? I mean its half a pride thing, I just don't like having a lower capacity compared to other lesser cities. The other half is logical number crunching, there are more ppl here than anywhere else we can support a much bigger stadium.

And regardless of how many SSS are built in the area Giants stadium will be the site of all the big international games. So even none US football fans will have to go back on occasion.

Seat licensing means - that you have to buy a license just to buy season tickets - they are talking about example about 5 grand for the license - one time fee and then you can buy season tickets - then you can always sell that license - although im not fully sure if you sell it back to the club or to others! I personally think its stupid - the NFL is starting to make me sick - the last thing they need is more money!

that why i like the environment in soccer which is relatively less motivated by money.

I still want a giant giants stadium though even though i know i wont get it.
