God yes, someone kill him please, hes the reason our defence looked scared when anything was in the air, and gifted the Czechs their 3 good chances.

Portugal will have to get by Croatia(if they lose to Germany) first. Then Germany. [/b]Portugal has some holes in the back[/b], and Ricardo is questionable at times. Ronaldo needs to step it up and become a little more selfish in open play.
Depends who we play..if its a team that plays our style or more so with the ball on thye ground, our defence is top class..like today..anything on the ground we dealt with comfortably, but in the air due to our lack of height and with Ricardo we pissed our pants.
And since the Czechs always played the ball in the air it explains their few chances today. Bosginwa, Carvalho and Ferriera arnt exactly the strongest tallest guys..especially compared to the Aryan Giants like Koller and the Czechs:D

Just wondering, does Ricardo scare Portugal fans to death? He seems to make the same mistakes on corners and crosses he has made for years. He makes some great saves, but it has to be nerve wracking to have such an adventurous keeper.
He scares the shit out of me, he's amazing on the run of play and penalties but crosses/corners he is shaky.
He also does tend to go on Adventures for no reason during the game.

And he also had a hand in every single dangerous play we made today. Take him out, and we would have scored nothing.
yeah i know, im not discrediting his importance, im just saying that to say he's not being selfish enough obviously isnt right.

Before making bold predictions, remember that both the Euro and Wc finalists would not have been picked by most people after the second game. Still plenty of soccer to be played and after the group stage luck can play a huge role.
