good 1st half...but i feel Portugal is not playing at their best... i hope they get better in 2nd half and that Scolari gives Quaresma a chance.

But you still have to be careful about the rebound
Portugal is the slightly better team, but Cech is sharp and Ronaldo looks to be
a little off his game.
Deco is looking a bit lost too, straying passes all the time.
LOL.......good one
Also did you see Petit grab his hand after he got stepped on his shoulder???
I don't know where you got that from, he got his wrist stood on solidly, and it would have hurt. It's nice to be able to compare their performances though, from in pain to faking.

Portugal got ripped there, good play by the Czechs.
C. Ronaldo is having a shocker and i'm glad the boys starting to believe in his own verve, he needs to be brought down to earth with a bang. He's like the Portuguese Torres, all the promise off the back of a great season with his Club team but can't do it for his country.

With Germany possibly the winners of group B. This game has double significance. Not only do these teams want to qualify for the quarterfinals but they also want to do so as group winners, thus getting a much easier route to the semis.

How about having someone else step up and help him for a change?! If people key on Ronaldo at Man U., Rooney and Tevez kills them.
No one else on the freakin' Portugese team is stepping up today.
As far as the Czechs go, I love Jan Koller, but they are so much better without him.
I also really admire Sionko's heart. Without him, this match is still 1-0 to Portugal.

I think its too early to say that yet
Czecho may steal this game in the dying minutes, if it stays 1-1

You have a point but if he did the simple stuff rather than just running it, it'd be far more effective. It's this sort of game you see him try to go into Hero mode.

Torres looked pretty good to me in his first game...
But Ronaldo should concentrate more on actually playing instead of falling...

Up to this point though he hasn't done much for Spain really. He did look good yesterday, Did all the work for the first goal.
