Basically, FFC is trying to get planning permission to fix up the Cottage and move back in August 2004. If they receive permission, work would start right away and the capacity would be raised to 22,000 seats.
The article on the official FFC site also says that the club is trying to buy some property in White City, so that they could then build the new stadium there. I'd like to know where is White City?
