Indeed, many thanks to ESC for keeping up the atmosphere all night long. I was over in 135 trying to keep my section on its feet. Truly wonderful game.

I was up in 303 and it got really crazy when it started to rain. People were getting very vocal. I loved it.

Those last 10 minutes are the most fun I've had as a US supporter since the second half of the US-Mexico game in WC02. I don't have the words to describe how amazing it was to be there in person.
And the best part was the mix of fans across all spectrums - southerners, midwesterners, blacks, whites, Mexican-Americans, Brazilians, Brits... it was spectacular. Just absolutely spectacular.

It was really nice to see a turnout like that! I hope that this Sunday goes just as well. Way to go!!!

Just got back.
I have season tickets to the Jets, and it RARELY gets even close to as loud as it was in their tonight! Great atmosphere, I really think our boys fed off it without a doubt! USSF should really, really consider using that venue again.
Huge props has to go out to the group behind the goal (Sam's Army?). You guys were great, kept the crowd going the whole time, and beat out the argentina supporters by far.
Also, props to the Argentina fans. I didn't see a single fight. Classy. Those who were there understood that it was a very deserving result for us.
But, there were a lot of people there whose were wearing argentina jerseys, who probably were not from Argentina or that national descent. I'm not trying to hate, but I don't know many red haired Argentineans! I think we might have won a couple of them over by the end of the night.
Great job again guys, from the tailgate to the game, great support.

FACT.
It was a loud roucous originating from the middle of the section down towards the field.
The last 15 minutes showed what US Supporters are capable of. We can sing as loud as the best in the world. We just need everyone to do it for 90 minutes.

The weather killed us. It was hard to go insane in the first half because it was deathly hot. But once it started raining we went insane.

I was expecting to get drowned out during the national anthems (I was up in 302), but I don't think that I heard anyone singing Argentina's anthem.
That rain was awesome. It was my dad's first match and he ran for cover during the downpour, but he loved everything overall.

Whew! That was my first USMNT team match since a friendly against Russia over a decade ago in Seattle and even though I'm a RBNY season ticket holder, it was my first time in 101. I must say that was one of the best times of my life if only I weren't so exhausted now and didn't have to go to work.

Thank you very much to the ESC, Sam's Army, and American Outlaws for leading the charge last night. The atmosphere was incredible, and only rivals US-Mexico from 2005 in C-bus from what I have experienced.
I am just mentally and physically exhausted right now.

Great fun indeed, exhausted. Got to GS shortly after 4 but could not get into lot 18 so ended up in 17 which was fine for us. Especially the lightening show and downpour near the end. I don't think I've ever seen a large crowd be so happy when a torrential downpour happens.
Props to the Argentinian fans, very good natured and good banter. The whole place was rocking especially for 20 minutes.
