Fair enough. I get excited like everyone else. I felt the goal was clearly offside and that it was clearly a penalty. Maybe I pushed my view too far. But I didn't appreciate this post by G4C aimed at me either.
"Thanks julie foudy .....watch some more football games kid
a rubber spoon makes more sense than you"
its all good, you're welcome to post here all you want. but if you are going to make a statement. just make sure you clarify it with some justified backing. i understand where you are coming from. because i too felt it was offside, but as a Polish supporter i will take any goals we can get  and i also believe it COULD have been a penalty because he was warned and even though the guy wasn't going to affect the play he was definitely pulled down in the box and the penalty COULD have been called and was. for future reference though be a little bit thorough with your posts so then there is a smaller chance of you being called out on

Everyone on this forum is way too ********ing soft, stop bittching about every little thing. And learn what the definition of a personal attack before throwing it around on here.
UEFA is a joke. This is (by my count) the third offside goal allowed and its only Day 6. The refs are pathetic. A re-kick?!!? Howard Webb shouldve stayed home along with his NT. Both players were battling each other for position(Im referring to the Bak-Kienast part) just as EVERYONE ELSE IN THE BOX WAS. Lewandowski did pull on the shirt but look in the fuking background, two Austrians are doing the EXACT same thing to our players.
This whole tournament is rigged. If Austria beats or ties Germany I'm never watching another UEFA appointed tournament in my life. It's absolute b.s.
Boruc saved our asses in the first 20, but Macho made some nice saves after the goal too.
Outside of Roger and Boruc the whole fuking team has a mental problem with playing in big games. It grows from the bottom up and its pathetic.
Im probably never coming back on this site and taking out my interest in international soccer along with any UEFA appointed activity. Maybe the Asian Champions League has less politics..

1-- yea stepping up in the big matches during a tournament is a lot different than stepping up in big matches for qualifying. qualifying is important but it seems the experience they gain never carries over to the tournament. they looked a lot better with their style of play this time around. but it seemed Ebi was never settled in, and Lewandowski after that first match has been afraid to pull the trigger since his shot has been off. Krzynowek the guy that has been around the block for us has been unlucky on the left side and nothing seems to have gone right for him this tournament. we need some fresh young blood cycled in for this coming World Cup so when the Euros come around in 2012 we will be re-loaded, experienced, young, and ready for whatever comes our way. with that said i want Leo around to start this renaissance of polish football
2-- as for the Uefa part, i can't help but laugh at that :p its sad because it is soo true with all the stupid politics

That's the feeling i had, Austria organises the tournament so they're rewarded for it.
I'm a little worried for France if it keeps going like this...
Poland was robbed, that's obvious to me. Boniek said the naked truth about it all.

I agree the penalty was a little harsh. It reminded me a bit of Holland vs. Czech Republic 8 years back.. but that was probably even crueler.
You lot are really taking the piss now... claiming that the match was a scandal and blaming the refs while completely ignoring the fact that Poland's goal was the most BLATANTLY OFFSIDE goal of the entire tournament! The Polish defender was pulling on the Austrian strikers shirt. If anything, the Austrian goal was even more legitimate than the Polish one.
Anyhoo... that's just my two cents on the matter...

"you lot"??? "you lot"?!?!? did you even read some of our posts? some people here actually thought it was offside and the penalty could have or was well deserved. so before you say "you lot" make sure you understand before you make a generalization

What a terrible ending for Poland after a 2nd half they totally controlled (very stupid action from Lewandowski in the scene which caused the pk)!
But let's be honest, the draw is abolutely ok ... since Austria was clearly better before the interval and could have scored 3-4 goals! Nearby, Poland's goal was clear offside.

they were clearly better, but can you truly take away from the class of Artur Boruc?
it could have easily been 3-4 goals if it wasn't for Boruc... i love his style how he is sort of like a present day Schmeichel in the making they way he extends his fully body to make himself a big target to get around :)

Of course I know that King Artur is the best! ;)
Btw: Great support from the Poland fans last night, how does it come you managed to get so many tickets?
