Just been reading a few Ronaldo threads on other forums and one of them has descended into a discussion on what makes a United legend.
So what makes a player a United legend to you ? And who do you consider legends in those you've seen ?

My criteria would be in order:
a. Genuinely in love with Manchester United
b. Always gives his 100% for the club
c. Individual achievements
Giggs, Scholes, Neville,Ole, Cantona, Brucey would fit the category.
Keane, Sparky, Ronaldo wouldn't.
btw, the caf is ridiculous even at the best of times:D

My criteria is if I feel the player is a legend or not. Other than that, its completely arbitrary.

- Gives their all to United.
- Is loyal to United.
- Embodies the United spirit.
And Roy Keane is 100% a United legend.

No certain criteria, it's just how I feel about the player, similar to VR.

WTF!!?
Well, as I pointed out, for me personally a legend can only be someone who loves the club.

Law is part of a statue in front of Old Trafford, so he must be a legend.

Keane is the first name on my list. The man was willing to die for United. Ask the manager.

Same as VR/Stud, it usually depends on how I feel about the player.

He was influential this past season, but how can there be a best in a team of 11? Our defense was influential too. Everyone has a job and to Ronaldo I say, "Job well done". Legend? Not yet...
