1-0 to Poland (I hope?)
I think the game is on Setanta, so they'll be showing it at bars in the US.

If it is 1-0 (I also hope they can win) they should not even show up for the next game.
The score most be higher.

Well anything less than 3 gols for us, and, in my opinion, it is all over for Euro's.

If Sweden win against San Marino and Latvia, and Hungary win against Latvia (which will happen most likely), then we need to:
Win against Lotwa and Hungary
Tie against Sweden
Make up a 6 goal differential to the Hungarians
and after that we will be in the playoffs for qualification.
Doesn't look promising.

Very good so far. I don't suppose anybody is actually watching the game? I'm curious as to how Kryszalowicz is doing ... he seems to be losing a lot of balls according to the various matchtrackers. Also nothing has been mentioned about Sobolewski.

Watched the game in NY...well sort of.
Went to Europa Night Club in Greenpoint, which is normally a great place to watch a game as they have a big screen projection in the main part of the club and other TVs around the bars.
Anyway, showed up around 1pm, which is when they were going to start letting people in. However, didn't let us in until around 1:30pm (starting time of the game) as they were having problems w/ the satellite. Finally, they decided to bring in the satellite from Polonia Sports Bar down the street, as Europa is a much bigger place. So now Europa was the only place showing it and we had to wait. They didn't set it up until 5 minutes left in the 1st half. Then in the 2nd half, Setanta was having massive problems w/ their feed (unrelated to the earler problems the bar had) and for much of the 2nd half it was like watching a slide show as the picture kept breaking up. Finally, they sorted it out w/ about 25 minutes left...when the game basically stopped being interesting. So all in all, I watched about 30 of the least interesting minutes of the game. They refunded us $10 of the 20 we paid for cover, but I still wish I stayed home. Especially since, get this, the Setanta feed never replayed any of the goals!!!! Not at half time, or after the game. How sh!t is that?!!
Oh well, at least they won and there's still a bit of hope. The only real thing of interest I actually saw in the 2nd half was Zurawski dribbling through several defenders a couple of times but then in typical national team form for him, took weak shots straight at the keeper.

Snuffy. You have to move to Chicago :-) More places to see the game.

There's normally about 4 places in Greenpoint, Brooklyn that show Poland games, but I don't know what happened this time. Probably lack of interest due to poor form? I also have my suspicions that some places were trying to get the games illegally and their descrablers got fried (Hej, Polak potrafi!), or that's what I overheard waiting outside.
I'm sure there might have been other places in smaller Polish NY neighborhoods like Maspeth or Ridgewood that showed the game, but I've never been there and wouldn't even know where to look. It's a pain in the ass going to Greenpoint from where I live anyway, let alone Queens.
Oh well, at least I finally saw the goals today on TV Polonia on the internet.
