After the first round we'll shorten the time frame to one hour but it's important that everybody gets their first pick in.

Why couldn't we have made it like a Fantasy Football draft here in the States where everyone needs to be online and make their picks within a minute or so?

I think most people will take only a few minutes anyway.

No it means that the spot is vacant and a new person has to step in and grab it.

If most people want that I'll be fine with it tbh but keep in mind this means that they pick first in the second round as the order reverses every round.

Alright well I'm using my buddies on the Chelsea board as emergency fillers but a lot of them are old and grumpy and don't do these kinds of things. If the person I just PMed doesn't want to do it then I'd be fine if you broke off as long as Toon is okay with it.

I say after the first round you make the picks like minutes apart. Make everyone be by their computers for maybe an hour tops and finish this.
