Negotiations over Merino's contract
Roberto Merino rejected Atromitos' FC proposal to extend his contract up to 2010. The peruvian excused himself by saying he doesn't want to participate at the second division and asked from the club to release him with the agreement he won't play for other teams until the end of 2008. Atromitos answered that the player can return with a proposal and he can leave the club of Peristeri.
