I reckon, as no one has finalised, it was Valenciano against Trinidad and Tobago when we lost 3-4 in miami 1999.

Yep Nuclear got the answer right it was England, at Wembley, I reckon this yem of a guy was the only to have scored in British soil, as Asprilla scored against Scotland but that was in a friendly, 1-0 in miami.

Nuclear got it correct, it was so the opponents which I think was Peru would fixate on his cast, on the good arm and not the bad arm without the cast.
