both Wolves' wingers, Michael Kightly and Matt Jarvis. they are a class above anyone else we have faced so far, including any Birmingham or Reading players.
Ferrie Bodde of Swansea. great signing.
the lad on loan from Juventus (i think?) at QPR
Lee Camp! seriously he is quality.
Victor Moses - not sure about him yet - he can fade completely from games like he did against us, but he's only 17 so i'll let him off.

Lee Johnson of Bristol City. quality passer - would look premier league quality if he had better technical players around him.

Fabian Delph. £8m offer rejected from Arsenal. One of the best passers I've ever seen at 18 years old and rated by LUFC's academy as the best product since the 1970's.
Akos Buzsaky (when healthy) has to be right up there.

The thread is about Championship players, Leedsunited ;)
Agree with Bodde, obviously, although not until next season again now. Doyle, both Hunts and Kebe at Reading destroyed us between them, SEB & Iwelumo were both excellent for Wolves and Kevin Phillips seems to score every week for Birmingham.
Didn't think Kightly or Jarvis did much for Wolves when we played them, they just hit it long but had the firepower up front to make the most of it.
Can't say I've been overly impressed with anyone else, even Paul Smith managed to have a poor game against us for once. Notable mentions I suppose to Wade Elliott at Burnley, who looked a good player, and Williamson at Watford, as usual. Shame he's a complete ******** though.

What's wrong with Lee Williamson?

Kicked Leon Britton in the ribs while he was lying on the floor when he was playing for Mansfield.
In the same game that Isyden Christie got sent off for biting one of our players. Their team also contained Liam Lawrence, so suffice to say they weren't the most likeable of sides!

Aleksander Tunchev: easily the best player in League 1. Delph, Mackail-Smith, Beckford, Lambert whoever Tunchev is easily the best good knows how we managed to get him down here.
Leicester has the best squad in league 1 tbf.

ok ok fair enough allthough Tunchev is still better then any championship player in my opinion. Hopefully not injured for 2 long!
Best championship players well i'd say Chris Eagles & Victor Moses Probably

Eagles is one of the best, true, but it seems like Kevin Doyle and Stephen Hunt are pretty much putting everyone else to shame right now, particularly Doyle, who's on track to score an insane amount of goals by season's end.
I still think Seb Larsson is perhaps the most talented player in the division, but he hasn't been as productive this season as wingers like Hunt & Eagles.

James McFaddon is as good as anything in the Championship.

But has he displayed it this season? I reckon Kevin Phillips has arguably had a better season thus far than McFadden.

McFadden and Phillips looked a class above against us. The rest of the Birmingham team weren't great, but when you can bring Phillips, Jerome and Quedrue off the bench, you must be on to something!

Ebanks-Blake, Kightly and for me the best fullback in this Division Kevin Foley.

Does James Beattie still play for Sheffield United? Sorry I'm not too familiar with the Championship.

Yes, and he's got 12 goals in 23 games so far this season.

Kevin Phillips has to be a championship legend by now. Why didn't he move up with West Brom at the end of last season? Seems like they really could use him..
